Russell Warwick has been appointed as Key Retirement Group's first distribution strategy director.
The Preston organisation provides financial solutions for the over 55s, and Russell takes on the newly created role having previously held the position of managing director at Primetime Retirement, a brand within KR Group.
He previously worked for Prudential for more than 25 years, in roles which included director of consumer and digital and distribution change director.
In his new role, Russell will be responsible for the development of KR Group’s distribution strategy going forward, which will include recognising opportunities for growth, leveraging additional channels and identifying wider challenges in the market.

Having a holistic view of the entire market and monitoring data and trends to affect the direction of the business is an interesting role which will have a large impact on the business."
