RPPM to manage Booths Hale Barns development

Following the opening of the new Booths foodstore at The Square, Hale Barns, Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd has been instructed to manage all the common areas and public realm of the development.

The brief includes all aspects of property management, maintenance and repair of the complex and surrounding ancillary properties, ensuring its smooth running and upkeep of the new store. Adam Levene, managing director at RPPM said, “Booths Hale Barns is a fantastic new store situated in a smart, prestigious development and is a great new addition to our estate management portfolio. We will be working closely with all Booths personnel on site to ensure the development is kept as pristine as possible.”
