Preston-based commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co has let a significant retail unit at Marsh Street North, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, on behalf of Courtesy Shoes Ltd.
The new tenant, DLT Trading Ltd, which trades as Donna Louise Children's Hopsice, has taken the 5,976 sq ft property on a 10 year lease from Courtesy Shoes Ltd, trading as Wynsors World of Shoes. The property is prominently located in Hanley fronting the main route in and out of the town centre. The property is immediately adjacent to a Wynsors World of Shoes and is opposite the largest Go Outdoors store in the UK. The new tenants will also benefit from 11 parking spaces at the front of the shop.
Joe Assalone, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, "Donna Louise Children's Hospice will benefit from the existing footfall that the successful neighbouring retailers bring to the area and we wish them well in their new retail warehousing unit. "The property ticked all the new tenant's requirements in terms of ground floor space, glazed window frontage on a busy main road, at an attractive rental. The addition of a new charity store of this size will be a good complementary fit to the existing businesses in the area."Enjoyed this? Read more from Robert Pinkus Co.
