Roundhouse Properties has secured Coolfix Ltd as a new tenant at its Bamber Bridge development in Preston.
Specialists in air conditioning systems, sanitation and heating, Coolfix Ltd is moving from its Leyland location to 333 Ranglet Rd, Bamber Bridge, where it has taken an open warehouse space, measuring 1,508 sq ft on a three-year lease, with plans to put in their own internal office, making the unit approx 80% warehouse space, 20% office space.Coolfix’s director, Lewis Pickup said: “We're moving to the site, not only to benefit from bigger premises, but to benefit from better transport links, as it’s perfectly located adjacent to the M6, M61 and M65 motorway network, with the aim of attracting more business to our company. The relocation has future-proofed our business and we're pleased to be part of Bamber Bridges’ growing network."
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “We are extremely delighted to welcome Coolfix as new tenants and look forward to working with them in the coming years.“June was a busy month for us, as we’ve had a surge of sign ups to Bamber Bridge. We anticipated this demand, due to its prime location, and the size of the units, however we didn't think interest would be as high, this is testament to the growing local economy. We are currently building similar size units close by at Momentum Business Centre@South Rings, which will be ready towards the end of the year to meet demand.”
Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons were sole agents for the Bamber Bridge development. Bamber Bridge comprises high-quality industrial units, ranging from 140 sq m (1,508 sq ft) to 282.6 sq m (3,042 sq ft).Enjoyed this? Read more from Roundhouse Properties
