Sarah Jane Riggott from ROQ, the strategic software testing solutions provider, has been promoted to head of employee engagement and wellbeing, and appointed a position on the company’s leadership team during an exciting and ongoing period of growth.
Sarah Jane officially took up the new role from 1st April 2017, and is now a key member of the team driving the company forward on the next stage of its journey. Her role encompasses HR, delivering the ROQ employee promise, employee happiness, company activities and events, and operations.Sarah Jane joined ROQ in August 2014 as employee relations manager, and has since developed the role and driven ROQ’s involvement with many local, regional and national charities, which the company supports through a range of activities and fundraising throughout the year.
