ROCCIA is delighted to announce the resounding success of its recent two-day trade event, which raised over £2,000 through the sale of charity buckets which included tiler tools and merchandise.
ROCCIA works with several charities through its Foundation initiative and we are pleased that the funds raised at this event will be donated to three local charities: Rosemere Cancer Foundation, St Catherine's Hospice, and Bolton Hospice.
The event itself welcomed an impressive roster of suppliers, including esteemed brands such as Kerakoll, Rubi, PCS, Genesis, Dural, Tile Rite, Montolit, Sigma, Snug, and Tile Master all of whom added significant value to the event by providing attendees with product training and demos, showcasing new ranges, and of course giving out freebies.
One of the highlights of the trade event was a thrilling competition hosted by ROCCIA giving tilers a chance to win a Montolit cutter. Tilers from various companies showcased their skills, aiming to cut the thinnest piece of tile. The competition was fierce, with participants demonstrating exceptional precision and expertise. Among the impressive feats, one tiler managed to cut an outstanding 9mm piece, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship and pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in the field.
ROCCIA extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the trade event, including the staff at ROCCIA who spent weeks planning and organising the event, to the suppliers who showcased their products and the tilers who generously contributed to the charity buckets.
