Lancashire-based tiles and bathrooms company ROCCIA has raised £1,650 for Bolton Hospice in order to assist their care services.
In order to give back to the community, ROCCIA has been working with several charities through its Foundation initiative. Through their extensive connections, they have organised several fundraising events, including their annual Trade Day.
Shabbir, the Bolton showroom manager, says: “Supporting our local community is something we always strive to develop further and we are happy to be able to do so. With the Bolton Hospice doing such meaningful work, we have decided to work with them throughout the years in order to support their mission.”
In addition to tile cutters and grouts, the event featured new products, including new innovations. The fundraising was done through the sale of grout mixing buckets that were filled with items for traders which included merchandise.
Francesca Mayor, corporate and community lead stated: “The money raised would be able to continue providing specialised care, helping patients and their loved ones achieve what is important to them.”
ROCCIA Foundation gave thanks to the tilers, plumbers, traders, and customers as, without their charitable contributions, support like this would not be possible.
