Lancashire-based business and training consultancy Rosewood Keen Management Services (RKMS) has expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of West Lancashire based Holt Green Training (HGT).
Based in Blackpool, RKMS works with nationwide businesses to maintain and improve governance, risk and compliance.Clients include Ladbrokes Plc, NICE, Lancashire County Council and Learn Direct. Established in 2009, HGT deliver apprenticeship programmes in health and social care, education, hospitality and business administration. The company also offer bespoke training packages for a range of sectors and corporate clients.
The acquisition of HGT marks a significant milestone in RKMS’s strategy to become the market-leading provider of business improvement and training services for the health and social care sector and corporate clients.RKMS managing director John Keen said: “We are thrilled with the acquisition of HGT, which significantly expands our own client base and provides us with access to HGT’s fantastic on-going relationships, particularly in the health and social care sector.” HGT business development director, Mike Smith said: “The acquisition of HGT by RKMS is an exciting development for the company. It provides us with the depth of resources we need to further develop our offering of market-leading training services to our ever growing client base.” The business will continue to trade under the name Holt Green Training, operating from RKMS offices at the Solaris Centre in Blackpool. Its existing team will remain in place following the acquisition.
