Introduced in 1980, Right to Buy allows council tenants to purchase the council home they live in at a discounted price. Once the housing association receives a Right to Buy application, Lea Hough are instructed to independently advise on the Market Value of the property, which is then used by the housing association to determine a proposed sale price.
