Redmoor Health has taken new office space at Strawberry Fields Digital Hub in Chorley and announced four new appointments.
The health tech agency is growing in response to a surge in demand for its services during Covid-19. This has included winning a series of contracts with notable names such as Zoom and the London Ambulance Service.
The company has recruited four new members of staff to handle the work, taking total headcount to 20. Charlie Brooks has joined the company as marketing officer, Alison Schmid as corporate director, Vicky Lyon as project assistant, and Lynn Tomlinson as training advisor.
The accommodate the additional personnel, Redmoor will move from its current home in Preston to top floor offices at Strawberry Fields Digital Hub.
Marc Schmid, who founded the business in 2017, said the company was now on track to hit a record turnover of £2m this year and was targeting growth to £5m by 2024.
He said: "In the last six months we’ve run 203 workshops compared to 180 in the whole of 2020 and had 2,555 attendees. We’ve also worked with over more than GP practices.
“Zoom approached us to help them deploy their technology across the NHS. They’ve created a fast-growing base in the UK and already work with some really good NHS trusts. We’ll be working on lots of projects with frontline NHS teams on getting the best use out of Zoom in different scenarios.
"Twelve months ago we didn’t have any foothold in London, now we’re working with GP practices across the South East and London. London Ambulance Service is rolling out Microsoft Teams and Office 365 so we’ve providing a programme of training support to all their staff. It’s going to be quite intensive for around 30 weeks.
“For a Lancashire-based company like Redmoor Health it’s great to be able to get our teeth into programmes in London and the South East."
