The two companies, M65 Recruitment and Job Search have merged to create M65Jobsearch and are operating out of two prominent office locations in Burnley and Blackburn.
"Both businesses had really good reputations - M65 Recruitment had over 10 years experience and Job Search had almost 25 years - so we intend to build on that excellent base.”
Mark added: “Between the two offices we have about 700 active candidates - we have a good number of warehousing and labouring candidates, but over half of our candidates are either skilled and semi-skilled engineers or commercial candidates. This means we are strongly placed to help local businesses address the skills shortage they face.
“We like to meet people face to face, especially employers, but having this functionality built into our site helps speed the process up for all concerned - it's a more efficient approach that will save time and money.”
