Barnfield Construction has had a record April so far winning four multi-million pound projects in one week. The prestigious deals will increase projected 2015 turnover of £60m to £72m.
This will increase BCW’s total premises to 90,000 sq ft at Barnfield’s Innovation Drive development in Burnley, which they moved into at the end of last year.
The investment will be split into 4 industrial units from 4,000 sq ft and the space will be available to let later this year.
Work will start on site in summer developing a brand new £5.5m, 100,000 sq ft distribution centre with three storey offices in Kirkham. Finally, Barnfield also won a £1.3m contract to build its second Home Bargains Store in Liverpool. Barnfield completed their first project in Burnley for the discount retailer just over a year ago.
