Blackpool creative communications boutique, PurpleCow PR, has kicked off the New Year with three new additions to its herd after winning accounts from ISA Attractions and Mercury Events respectively.
ISA Attractions, in conjunction with Jon Conway Productions, has appointed managing directors, Keeley Duffy and Nikki Murray with both the regional and national PR account for the world’s largest indoor illumination attraction – ILLUMINASIA - which will open in Blackpool this Spring after impressing the board with their pitch. The campaign, which will launch imminently, will include a multitude of experiential and touch-point activities, user-generated content, exclusive news gathering exercises, creative editorial and stunning photography opportunities.
David Gore, marketing and event manager for ILLUMINASIA said: "We are delighted to have PurpleCow as part of our team to launch the new attraction. Having worked with Keeley and Nikki on the initial press announcement in October last year and with experience of many projects at the Winter Gardens in the past, their creative ideas will be a great asset."Additionally, after a successful campaign for its inaugural Manchester shows in September last year, Mercury Events has awarded the Baby & Toddler Show and North West Wedding Fair PR briefs back to PurpleCow PR ahead of the events coming to the region again 7-9 March.
Keeley Duffy said: “These new additions tick every box on our dream client list, we love events and we know that we do them very well! It’s amazing to be involved with the first new attraction in Blackpool for a number of years and we can’t wait to get started, we are working with a very inspirational team.”Nikki Murray said: “Last years events for Mercury were deemed an incredible success and in line with the anticipated visitor growth for year two, we’ll be working hard on the ground with a multi-faceted consumer communications campaign to draw in such numbers.
She added: “We’re incredibly proud that the exciting additions will add further kudos to our events, exhibitions, arts & culture, leisure and lifestyle portfolio – all at the heart of the North West.” The three new accounts join an intimate roster of clients for PurpleCow PR who also manage the media communications for Crown Entertainment and Blackpool Winter Gardens, Grassroots Football Show, St Helen’s Farm, Lavender Hotel Group and anti human-trafficking charity, Hope for Justice.Enjoyed this?
