Pure AV, the North West based audio visual integrator, has taken the prize for Education Project of the Year at the 2018 AV News Awards.
The win represents a significant achievement for the organisation who faced competition from across Europe to secure the accolade.
The winning project takes three traditional lecture theatres and transforms them into spaces to support collaborative learning. New style collaborative booths replace traditional bench seating. Digital technology is embedded within each booth to facilitate improved group working and accommodate a ‘flipped’ learning approach to large group teaching.
