In support of the company’s commitment towards raising industry standards, All in Property’s operations manager Amanda Luby has achieved a Masters degree in safety and risk management.
The qualification means she has gained an advanced level of specialist knowledge in relation to the health and safety issues affecting a range of sectors.Amanda, who is NEBOSH qualified, completed the degree through Strathclyde University’s distance learning programme, after achieving the Postgraduate Diploma in 2014.
She joined All in Property in 2007 as an aftercare consultant, before progressing to operations manager. She also holds IOSH membership and is qualified to NVQ level 5 in health and safety.All in Property’s managing director John Boardman, who established the company in 1997, says qualifications are of key importance in ensuring the property management industry is professional and transparent.

“This important qualification is further proof of Amanda’s expertise; her knowledge and experience has already helped establish All in Property as an industry leader, achieving all three coveted ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 accreditations, making us the first company in this sector to do so.”All in Property specialises in handling property stock, working in partnership with lenders, receivers, asset managers and insolvency practitioners. It relocated to new offices in Blackpool earlier this year, a £300,000 move which involved the complete refurbishment of a 9,000 sq ft premises, and will allow the company to expand and further develop its staff and services.
