With what looks like a plan for restrictions to be slowly lifted over the coming months, many businesses will soon be making plans for coming out of lockdown, if they haven't started already.
They’ll be considering how people can work safely and effectively whilst ensuring that any social distancing guidelines that remain are adhered to.
But how many of them will be thinking about the mental health and wellbeing of their employees when they return to work?
