A Blackburn-based print specialist is breaking into new markets with a new brand, Empine Education.
Empine Education is part of the Empine network of specialist printing brands and was launched after 18 months of growth for the firm.The print management company has traded successfully in the education sector and decided a dedicated education offer would benefit clients.
Jacob Knowles, managing director of Empine, said: “We see this as a fantastic opportunity to further develop our reputation in the printing industry and especially the education sector.”Jacob is a graduate of the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, headed by the businessman and Dragon’s Den investor.
Anthony Taylor, Empine’s print director, added: “There are many schools paying too much for their exercise books, signage, diaries and many other products. At Empine we hope to support our clients through the full printing process across our range of products services.” Michelle Billington, assistant principal of Darwen Aldridge Community Academy, said “Having worked with Empine on several occasions now, the high levels of customer service and print quality is always apparent. For this you have to know the needs of the school and our students.”
