Preston based Conlon Construction has been chosen to carry out refurbishment work on Preston Bus Station.
thPreston Youth Zone is also expected to undergo refurbishment with community regeneration and construction specialists, Keepmoat, expected to carry out the work.
Conlon Construction and Keepmoat previously worked together to rebuild a large area of Lancashire Business Park near Leyland after it was gutted by a fire in December 2011.
