PM+M has retained its Investor in People Gold Standard Accreditation.
It was originally awarded the accolade back in 2014. This highly respected standard is the benchmark of excellent people management practice and recognises the commitment of organisations that invest more in their teams.PM+M was praised on a number of key areas including; how roles are designed to deliver organisational objectives and create interesting work for people, while encouraging collaborative ways of working; how people’s capabilities are actively managed and developed thereby allowing people to realise their full potential and ensuring the firm has the right people at the right time for the right roles; and how leaders within the business have a clear understanding of the external environment and the impact this has on the future of the firm.
Jane Parry, managing partner at PM+M, (pictured) said: “Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence so we are delighted to have had our Gold Standard Accreditation renewed – especially as we have made a huge effort over the past few years in developing a vibrant culture that encourages and creates a high performing team." Jane added: "We have also worked hard to ensure the whole team contributes to the setting of goals and to encourage personal objectives that challenge everyone to be the best that they can be. Our vision is to be the best North West firm of finance professionals. To do that we need to develop and retain great people who provide great service to our clients.”
