Managing partner, Jane Parry, said: “As a firm we strongly believe in a diverse workplace, and we think it’s good business strategy to have an inclusive culture and flexibility for our people. A consequence of creating such an environment is a minimal gender pay gap among our team, and we are really proud to be so far ahead of our peers in this area.”
Whilst PM+M is not legally required to report on the gender pay gap, the firm places a strong focus on equality, and found the pay gap report to be a helpful way of understanding why there is a gap and how to make changes to ensure that equality is present across the team.
