Plus10 Solutions becomes Recruit North West

A couple of months ago I posted an article about my decision to close down Plus10 Solutions and leave the recruitment industry, some of you may have seen it, some of you may have not.

So I set about winding everything down and running our last lot of temp contracts to close later this year.

I was told "Sorry to see you go, you've been the best recruiter we've worked with by far" from one of my temp accounts and "You're the only recruiter I've trusted enough to let you through my door." from one of my perm ones.

All this got me thinking, maybe I was doing something different, something good. Maybe I rushed into my decision to close? The business was making money after all, maybe it's a bit stupid to leave that behind? Maybe I'd lost the passion because I was working with the wrong people? So, with the support of a few key people in my personal and business life, I weighed up the pros and cons for a while, and well, we've all seen the scene from the Wolf of Wall Street.

So, Plus10 Solutions has re-branded to become Recruit North West. We've expanded our service area to cover the whole of the North West from Lancaster down to Cheshire, and we're concentrating on Commercial & Industrial sectors as that was our bread and butter prior to the decision to close.

I'm not expecting people to come back to me with open arms like nothing happened, I know it's pretty much starting from scratch again, so it's great to see some positive feedback, it does help.
