The British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) has taken up residence in The Artistry House, Preston.
The institute, previously based in Aylsbury, is a non-profit membership group for photographers across all disciplines.
It delivers training, events and an internationally recognised qualification scheme, supporting its members across the world in honing their craft. Its new headquarters are based within the collaborative space in Winckley Square.
Martin Baynes, CEO of BIPP, said: “The Artistry House is a perfect new home for the BIPP. I don’t know of any other creative working environment quite like it, bringing people together from different fields and crafts and allowing insights and abilities to mingle and meld.
“Based on Preston’s rejuvenated Winckley Square, it’s within a short walk to the mainline station, directly linking London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Liverpool, so provides incredible links to the rest of the country too.”
