The Community Foundations for Lancashire and Merseyside, an independent charity facilitating community philanthropy, has appointed Rae Brooke as chief executive.
Rae replaces Cathy Elliott, who leaves the charity after 10 years with the organisation.Rae has over 27 years senior management experience gained in both the private and public sector. During her career, she has engaged in market development and business growth initiatives for Littlewoods Pools, Volvo Truck and Bus, Northwest Regional Development Agency, KPMG and Hill Dickinson.

She has an impressive track record in leadership and brings with her a wealth of knowledge skills, experience and passion.
