Trebor Developments has announced the commencement of phase one of Vision Park Burnley and site infrastructure, following the award to the partnership of infrastructure funding through the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
Trebor Developments will be investing £1.7m of LEP funding in the infrastructure, bringing forward the 5.5 acre Vision Park site and will develop phase one industrial starter units and industrial space extending to 34,500 sq ft in total.
The scheme benefits from detailed planning consent and it is anticipated that commencement on site will proceed from Autumn 2016 for completion in Summer 2017.

Burnley Council leader, Mark Townsend said: “This £1.7m will enable us to get spades in the ground for the Vision Park.
“Burnley is becoming a regionally significant centre for advanced manufacturing and we are creating modern business environments to attract growing business in this sector, which will benefit from being based amongst businesses at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and digital industries.”
