PFP Energy, an energy supply company for both domestic and commercial customers across the UK, is relocating its offices at Preston Docklands to support the company’s continued expansion plans.
PFP Energy is moving 40 staff from the Pavilions into new, larger premises at Unit 2 Edward VII Quay. The move will provide additional space for 50 more staff, help to expand the business as it takes on more customers who are switching away from the big six energy suppliers due to better rates as well as excellent customer service. The new tenants take an approximate 8,500 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease from landlord MCR Property Group. Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.
Simran Soin, group finance director of PFP said: “Edward VII Quay was the perfect solution to our expansion plans, providing a high quality environment for our staff in a location we are very familiar with.” Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus said, “Places for People were already familiar with the benefits that working on Preston Marina brings and were hesitant about having to move, although being in much need of additional space. Edward VII Quay provided an excellent local solution, with the added benefit of having possibly one of the best parking provisions in Central Preston, which clinched the deal.”
