Pet food manufacturer Pets Choice has begun construction of new manufacturing facilities at its Blackburn site.
Barnfield Construction has been appointed as principal contractor for the 65,000 sq ft build, designed to improve automation capabilities.
The site is planned to be fully operations by late 2018.Tony Raeburn, CEO, said: “We have seen incremental growth over the last three years and by investing in the new site we look forward to continuing this success. "As a company we are dedicated to developing new foods and treats which we know our customers will enjoy and with the plans we have released today, we hope to create more products at the very best quality.”
