Family-run estate agents Pendle Hill Properties have continued their support for the local community by joining the Winter Coats campaign.
Working in conjunction with local Rotary Clubs and Wrap Up East Lancashire, who are part of the national Wrap Up campaign, Pendle Hill Properties are collecting coats at both their offices in Read and Longridge.
The popular estate agent is passionate about giving back to their local community and regularly run initiatives to benefit local schools and communities.
As part of the Winter Coats campaign, Pendle Hill Properties are collecting serviceable, warm heavy duty winter coats of all sizes and ages to be distributed via homeless shelters, refugee centres, organisations supporting the elderly, women’s refuges, children’s centres, and other charities helping people in crisis.
Pendle Hill Properties’ offices in Read and Longridge are now both drop off points for the thick warm winter coats. Coats can be donated with Pendle Hill Properties up until Thursday 31st October, during opening hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm).
Andrew Turner, Managing Director of Pendle Hill Properties, said: “We are proud to be supporting the Wrap Up campaign for the second year running.
“It is a fantastic initiative and one that makes a huge difference to people over the winter months. We are looking for people to drop off warm, serviceable winter coats to our offices in either Read or Longridge, which will then be passed onto people who can really benefit from them.”
