East Lancashire based estate and lettings agency Pendle Hill Properties has strengthened its team by taking on two new starters, one for each of their Read and Longridge offices.
Following a year of growth for its lettings, sales and commercial divisions, Pendle Hill Properties was pleased to welcome to the team Nicki Wilkinson, sales negotiator mainly based at the Longridge office; and India Whelan, sales apprentice based in the Read office.
Nicki Wilkinson said: "I'm delighted to join Pendle Hill Properties, they're a great family run firm and really welcoming. I think I can bring great value to the Longridge office - I'm captain of both Longridge Cricket Club and Longridge Hockey Club, so I know the area really well! I'm a people person, and love helping people find their dream home, it's such a positive and rewarding part of the job."
India Whelan added: "I'm really excited starting my apprenticeship with Pendle Hill Properties and learning more about the property market. I've always had an interest in property, and it's great being part of the team helping people find their new homes!"
Andrew Turner, managing director, added: "We've had some great growth at Pendle Hill Properties and now is the time to build on that with two new members of the team. Nicki is really well known in Longridge, and India is just starting out in her career and really keen to learn. We're looking forward to another bumper year in 2024!"
