Pendle Hill Properties are firm supporters of local cricket, especially now restrictions have eased and games are back in play. Managing Director Andrew Turner is a life long cricket fan, and also the chairman of Read Cricket Club.
Enfield Cricket Club sits on Dill Hall Lane on the border between Clayton-Le-Moors and Accrington, in the heart of East Lancashire. Formed in 1859, the club were founder members of the Lancashire League. They are now a big draw for the local community, with a recently refurbished function room, juniors, adult league and T20 fixtures.
Howard Cook, chairman of Enfield Cricket Club, said “Many thanks to Pendle Hill Properties for their support. It’s been really important over the last 12 months that sponsors have supported local sport, which helps local communities in general.”
Thomas Turner of Pendle Hill Properties added: “As a company we’re known for supporting communities, especially cricket clubs, to help them grow, bring the youngsters through, and we just wanted to help and be part of that. We wish them a massive ‘best of luck’ this year, in the coming season!”
