Local estate agent Pendle Hill Properties have added to its ongoing success with the appointment of Toby Burrows as the company’s new lettings director.
Mr Burrows previously held the position of lettings manager at Pendle Hill Properties, and has now been rewarded for his hard work of building up the lettings side of the business with a promotion.
A key part of the team, Mr Burrows is also heavily involved in the company’s community based activities and values, recently leading a free cricket training session for local Year 3 children following Pendle Hill Properties’ annual cricket bat giveaway.
The promotion showcases another step in the growth of Pendle Hill Properties, who are based at their head office in Read, but have recently expanded their area into Longridge and continue to experience success across the Ribble Valley and East Lancashire.
Andrew Turner, managing director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: “Following his time with us and the success that he is bringing to the company, as well as his work ethic and everything he is achieving to make our business a success, we are delighted to have promoted Toby to lettings director.
“He thoroughly deserves the promotion and everything that it brings with it, and we would like to thank him for everything that he is doing.”
Toby Burrows added: “It is a massive honour to be promoted to lettings director and it is a role which I am extremely excited about, and one that will help both myself and the company grow.”
Pendle Hill Properties is a family-run estate and lettings agency based in Read, providing a specialist residential property sales and rentals service across the Ribble Valley, Burnley and Pendle areas.
