A panel of internet marketing experts will attend the E3 Business Expo on March 3rd to take part in a free, half-hour question-and-answer session for delegates.
Chaired by Jean Atkinson, director of Eden Marketing and Marketing Minds, it will give visitors the chance to pose questions on topics ranging from search engine optimisation to social media and blogging.Starting at 3pm, the Q&A will be the last in a day-long programme of free seminars running alongside the E3 Business Expo itself. The Expo will be held at the Premier Suite of the Macron Stadium in Bolton.
The first panel member will be Aaron Crewe, managing director of the award-winning digital marketing agency SEO 24/7 Ltd. He will be taking questions on subjects including search engine optimisation, content marketing, visitor engagement, pay-per-click advertising and digital marketing strategies in general. He'll also be considering emerging trends in the ways that search engines assign value and authority to online content.Another award-winning expert is social media specialist Danny Callan of Icebox Designs. He will be on hand to talk delegates through the finer points of building an online following. He will explore how businesses can make best use of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others, and he'll explain why there is no 'one size fits all' solution when it comes to social media.
The third panel member will be Richard Baguley, managing director of GDR Public Relations. With more than 25 years' experience in PR and marketing communications, Richard has seen tremendous changes in the way that businesses present and develop their brands. He will be addressing questions relating to blogging, brand-building, online reputation and the important crossovers between different marketing disciplines - both digital and traditional. The E3 Business Expo was conceived by 1 Events Media as a spin-off from the annual E3 Business Awards. Discussing the internet Q&A session, 1EM's managing director, Mubarak Chati said:
"Internet marketing is a subject that always draws considerable interest because it's so important to such a wide range of businesses. No one can afford to overlook the huge opportunities that the internet presents but for most companies, the big question is how to make use of such opportunities efficiently and without breaking the bank."It's a issue that can lead into an exploration of a wide range of different tools, disciplines and ideas but collectively, the members of our expert panel have the experience to answer just about any question that delegates want to pose. As a Q&A session, it will have no set agenda, so the delegates themselves will determine its direction, although our chair, Jean Atkinson will be ensuring it covers topics that are relevant and interesting to everyone."
Earlier in the day, other seminars will address topics including protecting business premises, new approaches to telephony, cloud computing and health and wellbeing in the workplace. The first seminar of the day will be a marketing Q&A led by the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).Business support and advice will be available throughout the day from organisations including the CIM, UK Trade & Investment, Companies House and the Intellectual Property Office. There will be around 90 exhibitors in all, many demonstrating innovative solutions to the challenges of modern business.
Exhibition stands can be booked online via the E3 Business Expo website - www.e3businessexpo.co.uk. Visitor registrations are now open.
