A former secondary school English teacher who was rated outstanding by Ofsted has launched her own tutoring business after relocating to the Fylde.
Fylde Professional Teaching Services has been set up by Natalie Turner, 35, who built a successful career with the well-respected Outwood Grange Academies Trust in both Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.
She is now passing on her experience to families across Lancashire as a tutor in the run up to this year’s GCSEs.
Fylde Professional Teaching Services also offers key subject booster sessions for secondary school pupils below Year 11 as well as primary school children.
Natalie Turner, who is based in Kirkham, said: “As a teacher and a mum I know how important exam time can be but also that working towards a successful set of exam results is a year-round task.
“I love teaching and the ability it gives me to make a difference to young people’s lives and I am glad to have set up a business which allows me to do that.”
This year’s GCSE exams begin on Monday May 11 and run until mid-June. For further information search for Fylde Professional Teaching Services on Facebook.
