Strong demand for high-growth support services indicates that Lancashire business are ready for post-coronavirus recovery.
Two Zero’s Scaleup Resurgence programme, fully funded by Lancashire County Council, has begun work with its first 21 sign-ups.
These include Slingco, Magma and Alison Handling Services, who will undertake a three-month programme designed to equip them with the tools to recover quicker from the effects of coronavirus and return to their high-growth trajectory.
The programme is specifically designed for scale-up business in Lancashire, those achieving sustained 20 per cent year-on-year growth. Support includes intense resilience coaching, quality leadership lessons and targeted peer learning with other fast-growing businesses.
Amin Vepari, Two Zero programme manager, said: “The impressive demand we have seen for the Two Zero Scaleup Resurgence programme from a wealth of household names in Lancashire business is heart-warming.
"It shows the ambition right across the county to knuckle down, work together and return stronger from the huge challenges of recent months."
Two Zero Scaleup Resurgence is being delivered by business performance consultancy Cube Thinking. Two Zero is a partner of Boost, which has already helped more than 6,000 business leaders through the challenges they have faced over recent months.
