Northern Trust recruits David Jones

Chorley based Northern Trust has appointed David Jones to its land and development team.

David brings with him a wealth of experience having previously worked with national housebuilders, land promoters and in consultancy for more than 25 years. He has worked on a range of development projects throughout the UK.

As senior land manager, he will work on a variety of projects relating to the firm's growing land bank of more 5,000 acres.

The portfolio includes almost 8 million sq ft of industrial, trade counter and office parks. In the last 24 months the team has achieved planning for around 4,500 residential units.
