After a three-year hiatus enforced by the challenges of the pandemic, the North Lancs Expo thundered back onto the local business scene (quite literally thanks to the unprecedented weather conditions) bringing businesses back together across a one day event at Lancaster and Morecambe College on Friday 30th September.
The diversity of skill and industry across our district was reflected through exhibitors including Rainbow International, Rees Tiles and Flooring Ltd, EDF, North Star Projects and St John’s Hospice to name just a few of the 80+ exhibitors on the day.
Event partners who came on board from the outset to support the Expo included Lancaster City Council and Lancaster and Morecambe College, event sponsorship was given by Peterson, Lancaster University and North Star Projects and media partners, Lancashire Business View, Workshop Media, Suzy Wimbourne Photography and printing.com delivered excellent media coverage in the lead up to and throughout the event.
Conversation café speakers imparted their knowledge and expertise on topics such as agile working in the post-Covid Era which was delivered by Christine Hart of Brabners and how to run a business with Caroline Rayner and Jennifer Bell from Baines Wilson.
