Nltg Are Sponsoring An Exciting Lineup Of Events In 2023

North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) have announced that they will be sponsoring an exciting line-up of events in 2023, further showcasing their commitment to the local community and their wealth of Apprenticeships and training programmes currently on offer.

Amongst the events are an Easter Egg giveaway, the Accrington Food Festival, the #AmazingAccrington Futures Event, a Halloween Trail to support #ShopLocal once again, the #AmazingAccrington Christmas Light Switch On and the donation of Santa hats to local charities, while NLTG will also be supporting the big shirt giveaway at Accrington Stanley for all local Year 3 children.

First up in Easter is the Easter Egg giveaway which will see the Accrington-based training provider distribute Easter Eggs to a number of local charities and community partners including Maundy Relief, Carers Link Lancashire and many more.

On Saturday 3rd June, the NLTG team will proudly sponsor the Accrington Food Festival which will also see them taking part in live cooking demonstrations on the main stage with the award-winning Netflix star Molly Robbins.

Moving into Autumn and Accrington Stanley’s big shirt giveaway will take place for the seventh consecutive year, with NLTG delighted to be supporting with the goodie bags which all Year Three students from 39 local schools will take home.

A month later and NLTG will once again be sponsoring the #AmazingAccrington Futures Event, an event which this year will be hosted in Accrington Stanley’s world-class hospitality venue and will provide all Year 11s in Hyndburn with the chance to learn more about the opportunities available to them after school.

NLTG’s engagement with local schools will continue throughout October, with their extremely popular Halloween Trail #ShopLocal competition set to return. With the aim to encourage more people to visit Accrington Town Centre and to #ShopLocal, NLTG will deliver leaflets to all local primary schools, with children invited to visit and collect stamps at participating shops, for the chance to win some fantastic prizes.

As 2023 draws to a close, everyone’s favourite… the #AmazingAccrington Christmas Light Switch On will return to Accrington Town Centre, with NLTG set to sponsor another spectacular fun-filled night.

Rounding up the year and the provider of Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Study Programme courses will bring Christmas joy to local people by delivering Santa hats to a number of local charities.

Gareth Lindsay, managing director of NLTG, said: “We love being part of our community and we are keen to do more and more every year to showcase our support and make sure everyone knows NLTG are the first choice for Apprentices and training in the borough.

“From our Easter Egg giveaway to the Christmas Light Switch On, we are looking forward to meeting everyone in what is going to be another exciting year.”
