Nine Lancashire companies ranked as best places to work

The Sunday Times has listed nine Lancashire employers across three lists of the UK's best places to work.

The awards rely directly on employee feedback. Employees from all competing firms are asked to anonymously answer questions about management practices, career progression, workplace culture, job satisfaction, relationships with their colleagues and their working environment.

Three Preston firms also made the list: Harrison Drury Solicitors placed 37th, IT Works Resource Group placed 63rd and Profile Financial ranked 93rd.
