ELFS Shared Services, a business division of Calderstones Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has expanded its office footprint at Viscount House, Arkwright Court, Blackburn Interchange.
Undertaking a wide range of outsourced financial and payroll services for numerous NHS Trusts across the country, ELFS has taken an additional 8,425 sq ft on the first floor of Viscount House to bring its total space to 17,057 sq ft.A new five-year lease has been signed with landlord North West Industrial Estates Ltd. Agents Mason Partners, Trevor Dawson and Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted for the landlord.
