A new petrol station will open up at a mixed-use scheme in Nelson following the completion of The Kay Group's latest deal.
Richard Cox, managing director at the Kay Group, said: "Situated within the heart of east Lancashire, this location is a great opportunity for us as a business and is also ideally located for our customer base.
"We're looking forward to getting cracking with the new site and aim to be fully operational by May 2016."
