Lytham-based veterinary nutraceutical expert VetPlus has appointed Louise Mason as head of marketing and Steven Irani as digital marketing manager.
In her new role, Louise will be tasked with spearheading the company's global marketing efforts, driving awareness, engagement, and new revenue streams for the business.
With over a decade of experience in marketing strategy development and brand management, Louise brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Together with Louise, Steve will drive VetPlus' online marketing initiatives, focusing on innovation and customer engagement.
The hires are part of a global marketing push by the brand, which is looking to appoint seven new marketing specialists across Europe, spanning key markets such as Spain, Portugal and Germany.
VetPlus is also set to re-launch its global website following a full redesign, aiming to provide visitors with an enhanced online experience and improved access to information about its innovative products and services.
To deliver this project, the business has strengthened its design team with the appointment of an in-house senior designer and the creation of two additional roles which it is actively recruiting for.
Louise Mason said: “VetPlus is already a global leader in the field, which is just one of the reasons that I was attracted to the role. But most excitingly, we see a real opportunity for us to engage in innovative new ways that will bring us closer than ever to our customers.
“Doing that consistently and effectively across all of our markets will take a robust and well-thought-out strategy and I’m looking forward to working with the world-class marketing team we’re building to put that in place and execute it.”
