New corporate structure for Cassons

Chartered accountants and business advisers Cassons is undergoing a change in its corporate structure to help the company continue to grow.

Cassons’ financial services’ department has been incorporated into a new limited company, Cassons Financial Planning Limited.

In addition, the business of Cassons, chartered accountants & business advisers, is to transfer from a partnership to a limited liability partnership under the name Cassons business advisers LLP, chartered accountants & business advisers, with effect from 1 May 2014.

“But both elements of the restructuring will provide us with a much stronger, more dynamic and modern corporate structure through which Cassons can continue to grow and develop.”
