Stolle Machinery has announced it will move into Frontier Park in Burnley, bringing 200 jobs and becoming the first letting of the major new development.
The manufacturing business, which supplies machinery for the canning industry, will relocate into FP2 which is a 157,740 sq ft facility.
The Burnley site has been developed by Monte Blackburn following the successful launch of Frontier Park in Blackburn at Junction 6 of the M65.
Located immediately off Junction 9 of the M65, it will provide five new units from 39,000 to 158,800 sq. ft. Each unit benefits from Cat A specification offices a BREEAM very good standard rating and units include both dock level and level access loading doors.
