Mark Appleton has been appointed as head of digital, and James Firminger has been appointed as lead developer.
James has more than a decade of experience in development and bring specific experience in technical structure, quality and best practice, and training junior developers.
Door4 has been increasing its team steadily with the creation of new roles: within the last six months, it has appointed an agency-side Marketing Communications Manager and two junior Client Service Executives. Last year, it also appointed a Head of Operations, another new role.
