Burnley-based recruitment firm Neville Gee has agreed a deal to sponsor one of Burnley Football Club’s hospitality lounges.
The 1882 Lounge, situated in the Bob Lord Stand and one of the busiest lounges within the club, will now be known as the ‘Neville Gee 1882 Lounge’.The company has agreed a two-year deal to have its name associated with the lounge, which also carries the year the football club was formed.
Donnie Doran, director of Neville Gee, said: “We are delighted to have this iconic part of the Bob Lord Stand named the Neville Gee 1882 Lounge.“After nine consecutive years as a sponsor in the lounge we feel that our long partnership with the club has been strengthened and will serve to provide mutual benefits for both organisations.
“As HR advisors to Burnley Football Club we look forward to supporting the board of directors and staff to strengthen the good working practices and staff development at the club.Tim Oldfield, director of Neville Gee, added: “Match days at Turf Moor are special, we really value our relationship with both the club and the town and we see this as a unique opportunity to demonstrate that commitment.” Anthony Fairclough, director of commercial affairs at Burnley FC, added: “Neville Gee have been sponsors of the club for many years and this heightened sponsorship promotes how affective club sponsorships and hospitality can help your business in this negative economic climate."
