Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co has reported that a national care service provider has moved into new office premises at the head of Preston's Docklands basin, overlooking the marina.
Hexagon Care Services has taken three floors at Unit 1 Tustin Court, Riversway. Hexagon Care looks after children and young people aged 11 - 18 years old upon admission into the care of the Local Authorities and runs over 35 core services across the country.Hexagon Care takes the 8,463 sq ft offices on a 10 year lease from landlord Tustin Developments Ltd. with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and joint agent BDH acting on behalf of the landlord. Hexagon Care will join other tenants in the building including Yorkshire Bank and The Shaw Trust.
