Napthens expands Commercial Property team with partner hire

Regional law firm Napthens has appointed Tony Coates as a partner within its Commercial Property team.

Tony joins Napthens following 18 years with Birchall Blackburn Law. A highly experienced commercial property specialist, Tony represents a broad range of clients with a focus on owner-managed businesses, private pension schemes, SMEs and property investors – particularly in the hospitality and leisure, and retail sectors.

He will advise Napthens’ clients on matters including contract drafting and negotiation, landlord and tenant issues, property finance and acquisitions.

Tony said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Napthens as the firm continues to grow both its services and its footprint.”
