Napthens has appointed a new chairman and chief executive.
The law firm, which is based in Preston and has offices in Blackburn, Blackpool, Kendal, Penrith and Southport, has announced that Shru Morris has been promoted to CEO, a role previously held by John Whittingslow who steps up to chairman.
The firm has also created a board to oversee its strategic growth, consisting of partners Simon Ainsworth, chief operations officer, and Chris Boyle, head of client services.
