Nicola Mason has been announced as the new director of HR at law firm Napthens.
In her new role as director of HR, she will work with the firm’s partners and senior management to help support the growth and direction of the firm itself. Nicola will lead the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic people plan.
The news comes shortly after the HR service offered by Napthens to its clients expanded with the appointment of Stuart Lowery.
Nicola Mason said: “Advising employers on their HR strategies has been very rewarding, and many clients now see our team as an extension of their own businesses. Helping to build up our consultancy service to where we are seen as a trusted partner has been an achievement I am very proud of.
Nicola joined Napthens in 2015 following a career in sectors including business process outsourcing (BPO), oil and gas and recruitment.
