Four new lettings have been agreed at a popular industrial estate in Bamber Bridge, Preston reports Robert Pinkus & Co LLP.
A total of 2,800 sq ft has been let to new tenants at The Old Mill Industrial Estate, a popular South Preston employment location located just off School Lane, Bamber Bridge, leaving just five units available for let on the estate.850 sq ft at Unit 27 has been let to Crystal Leisure, swimming pool maintenance, service and supplies specialists on a new three year lease. A further 854 sq ft has been at Unit 30 to Pit Bull Motorcycle Assist, a motorbike repair shop on a new 3 year lease.
Unit 35 has been let to The Withnell Brewing Co. on a term of 3 years, Unit 37 has been let to a commercial launderette on a new 3 year lease and a further 850 sq ft unit is under offer. Local amenities are provided within Bamber Bridge town centre which is a quarter of a mile away and Preston city centre is approximately four miles to the north. The multi-let estate comprises 45 industrial units, a combination of the refurbished old mill together with later additions from the 1970s and 1980s.
