Lancaster-based data science specialist Miralis has recruited five new members to the Fuuse team behind its EV charging point management system.
Joining the project are senior software engineer Will Roscoe (pictured), software engineers Chloe Grillo, Janice Taylor and Margarita Vlachou, and Edlira Troka who has been appointed to the finance team.
Flexible working has allowed the company to recruit from across the UK, with the new starters based in Lancaster, Newcastle, Portsmouth and Bristol.
As part of Miralis' membership of the Tech Talent Charter, it used resources and best practices to ensure a recruitment process free from gender bias.
Martin Peters, finance director, said: "We are delighted to have seen results from the TTC recommendations we have made to our recruitment process, as we strive for more diversity and inclusion in the tech sector.
"We are keen to remove the barriers to female applicants, ensuring that we appeal to the full talent pool out there and continue to grow our team with the very best people.”
Miralis is now seeking to recruit three new members to its sales team.
